Welcome the London Broncos!

On Wednesday 11 January 2012 giants of rugby league the London Broncos arrived at the Centre for team building and a series of activities in conjunction with the Royal Navy. Head coach Rob Powell believes that “with the number of new players that have been recruited” it will “make the squad as tight as possible.” Welcoming the Broncos to Base Camp Cafe was a pleasure, and it was down to our team in the Cafe to be at the top of their game; catering for early breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals – and all of it healthy and nutritious. Boy, these guys could really eat! It was a delight to serve them, without exception a more friendly, considerate and well mannered bunch of men you will not meet – true ambassadors for their sport! But BEWARE all opponents these guys are focused and they mean business. So thanks very much for using the centre and good luck for the forth coming season, you have definitely picked up a bunch new supporters and admirers in Llangorse!
