General:
Are you open?
We’re open all year round except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Opening times: Monday to Saturday: 09:00 - 22:00, Sunday: 09:00 - 17:00.
Are dogs allowed?
We do allow dogs if visiting for the day if the dog is kept on a lead. Please observe all signage regarding where you are allowed to go with your dog. We do not allow dogs in the camping field or accommodation (except guide dogs).
Can the children just go in and play on the walls?
No. You will need to book an instructed session that will include all safety equipment and instruction that you will need.
I’ve lost something - do you have it?
Please call our friendly team on 0333 600 20 20 and log any property you think you have lost. We will do our utmost to find/recover your property, and contact you to arrange collection/postage (note: there will be a charge for postage).
Where can I leave my personal belongings?
We can keep personal belongings at reception if needed. Please ask when you check in.
Do we need to stay with the children?
If 8 years or under we will require that an adult remains on-site. If over 8 years, please make prior arrangement at reception - we will require a telephone number to be left in case we need to contact you.
What can toddlers do?
We have a small play area in the picnic area (not available during the winter months).
What sort of clothing do you recommend wearing?
Outdoor Activities - Please dress for the weather, long trousers.
What happens if it rains?
It adds to the fun!
Riding - We ride in the rain unless weather conditions are unsafe, in which case we would have to rearrange your booking.
Outdoor Activities - If the weather is unsuitable, then we will offer you the alternative of doing an Indoor Activity session instead.

Facilities:
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we have ample on-site parking - one large car park and two medium sized ones.
Do you have access and parking for coach and/or mini buses?
Yes. We have a large car park with coach and mini bus parking. Access roads are suitable for large coaches.
Do you sell food, and can we bring our own food?
We've just opened a new Café offering a selection of hot and cold food and drink - click here to find out more! You can bring your own food, which can be consumed in one of our two picnic areas.
Do you have anywhere for a picnic?
We have two large picnic areas at either end of our site, both with picnic tables. We do ask that you do not use barbecue’s (BBQ’s) for safety reasons.
Do you take credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express (Amex) at this time. There may be a small charge for purchases below £5.
Do you have toilets on-site?
Yes - our toilets are situated next to the reception area.

Where’s the nearest petrol station?
The nearest petrol station is in Brecon (6 miles).
Where’s the nearest shop / supermarket?
We sell a selection of things on-site. The nearest shop is in Bwlch (Village Shop - 3 miles). The nearest supermarket is in Talgarth (small Co-Op - 5.5 miles). The nearest superstore is in Brecon (Morrisons - 6 miles).
Where’s the nearest bank?
The nearest bank is Natwest in Talgarth (5.5 miles). There is a wider selection of banks available in Brecon (6 miles), including Natwest, Barclays, Lloyds TSB, HSBC and Santander.
Where is the nearest Post Box / Office?
The nearest post box is in Llangorse (1 mile). You can also leave letters / postcards at reception, and we will give them to the postman on his next visit. The nearest Post Office is Bwlch (Half Day Opening - 3 miles). There is a main Post Office in Brecon (6 miles).
Where’s the nearest Pubs / Restaurants?
There are two Pubs in Llangorse (1 mile). The Red Lion (Tel - 01874 658 825) and The Castle Inn (Tel - 01874 658 819). There are take-aways in Talgarth (5.5 miles) and Brecon (6 miles).

Do you do Birthday Parties?
Yes! Please call our friendly team on 0333 600 20 20 to discuss your requirements.
Can we bring our own food / cake?
Yes. We provide free use of a room with all our Birthday Party packages.
Bookings:
Do I need to book?
We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Call 0333 600 20 20 to make a booking.

Are there any upper age limits?
There are no upper age limits. You just need to be reasonably fit.
Are there any weight limits?
Please check with our friendly team on 0333 600 20 20 if you are 16 stone or over for Indoor & Outdoor Activities, or 13 stone and over for Horse Riding.
Do you need to know how many are in our group?
Yes.
How late can I add people to my group?
Please call us on 0333 600 20 20 and we will do our best to increase numbers at the last minute. The more notice we have, the more likely we will be able to fit more people in.
Can I change the numbers for my booking?
Please call us on 0333 600 20 20 to discuss with a member of our team.
What happens if a member of our group cannot attend at the last minute?
Please call our team on 0333 600 20 20.
How long before our booking do we need to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time.
